Help, trial account problem - Guild Wars Forums

I made a trial account. When i try to log in it asks me for the name of a character on my account. This is my first time trying to log in so how could i possibly have a character on my account. Am i doing something wrong? thanks.

You don??t need to write anything, you should be able to log in without that.

EDIT: Just leave it blank..
